In 1994, Karen and Todd Giffin, along with daughter Jessie, purchased Henry Armstrong's Portage Business Furnishings and Office Supplies store. Then in 1996, after adding their son Carter to their home, they changed the name to Mayfair Print Shoppe and Office Supplies. It was a natural fit to the city of Portage with Mayfair businesses being around Portage since 1938. Todd and his family currently own and operate Mayfair Farms
, located on beautiful Island Park in Portage.
Mayfair Print Shoppe and Office Supplies is a member of Office Pro
, a Canada-wide buying group that also belongs to Basics Buying Group. Karen has sat on the board for Office Pro, based out of Stoney Creek, Ontario, for a couple terms.
In 2006, they purchased 208 Saskatchewan Ave East and have made it the store's permanent home, beside Bill's Sticky Fingers in downtown Portage.
